After approval, return the item using a trackable shipping service. We recommend keeping your tracking information until the return process has been completed.

Refund Process

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.

• Returns are typically inspected within 72 hours of arrival at our return facility.

• Approved refunds are processed within 7 business days.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

• GardNovia does not charge restocking fees.
